Established in 2022 by owner and creator, Jo.
Jo leads Nom Nom with over 25 years of experience, starting from childhood with a love of baking from her mother who just adored to create sweets, catering for Gold Coast cruise boats and events, owning and running local cafes and a love for wholesome home cooked meals.

Chocolate has always held a special place in Jo's heart -

'' I recently have been fortunate to do my travels around Australia for 14 months in our caravan Freddie... yes our caravan has a name! During my travels I was brain storming business ideas for when we travel back home to our sunshine state of Queensland. I wanted to create my own something but I didn't know what that looked like. During my travels I would reminisce over my cooking/baking journey so far and what truly made me feel fulfilled. I always knew chocolate would be a dream to create and after many beautiful sunset evenings in my camp chair around Australia I knew this would be it - so Nom Nom was born! ''
